This product exceeded my expectations. I felt great throughout the Full Body Cleanse (FBC). I suffer from constipation, and during the 20-day cleanse, I had a bowel movement 2-3 times a day. Every recipe I tried, from the smoothies to the Vegan Tacos, was delicious. I am excited that I tried the FBC and made it through without any side effects. Best decision that I ever made was buying the Liver, Gallbladder & Spleen Tea. And the Kidney tea too! I combined the two teas for drinking to cleanse. They worked miracle. *

The Multi-Vitamins and Minerals give me the energy I need for my day. And they are good for my body also. The daily supplements I need for my daily workouts as well as my daily work schedule energy when needed never lack a punch. It's a great product. If lacking energy and need a boost, take the vitamins. *

Everything I've ordered has worked for my husband and I, 10 Day Cleanse, Maintenance Kit, Weight Release Tea, and Smoke Less. We're both down 10 lbs would be more but we cheated some. We're still drinking our fruit smoothie, salad and very little meat. I can see my waistline, I'm back to walking again!!!!
