I really love the multi-vitamins and minerals. Prior to taking these, my energy level was very low around 2:00 p.m. on a daily basis. Since taking Dherbs' multivitamins and minerals, I noticed a significant difference in my energy level. I went into this open-minded but was prepared for the worst. However, I was pleasantly surprised that I did not have any withdrawal symptoms (I quit smoking, drinking, and gave up caffeine) and really feel good. My husband says my skin looks good, and for the first time in my life, I am able to eliminate every day (I battle IBS-C). The only negative I can say is that I struggled the last 3 days; eating cold, raw food every day, all day, I was hungry. Not actually hungry because I was eating regularly, but I felt empty.
