Good product! Lost 16lbs with this cleanse. Can be a little hard at first switching what you eat but it’s worth it once you start to feel better and notice a difference. There are lots of different things there like booklet provides to give you options on what to eat and recipes! I’ve done this cleanse a couple times, usually about once a year me and my boyfriend both do the cleanse. It’s nice when you have an accountability partner too.
