Just like many people, when COVID hit, I spent a majority of my time at home simply eating and working from home and gained A LOT of weight. Okay, back story I was on the birth control implant for about a year and a half, a year into the birth control my breast started to become severely sore on one side at first then the soreness moved to the other breast. I thought it was because of my hormonal imbalance due to the BC so i got it out because i couldn’t take it any more. I love this product !!! I was skeptical at first but I was determined and focused to get healthy and lose weight. It was hard at first as time went on I became more focused.
