I have started taking the Sugar Formula Tea and the taste is actually not bad. I drink plain with no added sweeteners. I do notice that u need to drink it at least for a few days consistently to start it working but I am happy with the progress. *

I was diagnosed with Adult ADHD. I have been trying to find other alternatives to medications that overstimulate me. I use this concentration inhaler every morning once I arrive at work.
