Bowel Motion works so well and cheaper than the doctors prescription for IBS. I have been using this supplement for a while and I have no complaints, it is easy on my stomach, no cramping and no sudden urges. I usually take it every other day and try to avoid the foods that causes stomach pains and cramps and the product work well. *

Love love love the colon and digestive track herbs but I must say they work better when you take 5 instead of 3. I was taking 5 as part of the Full Body Cleanse and when the cleanse was over, I noticed 3 didn’t work as well when I was taking 5. *

I went into this open-minded but was prepared for the worst. However, I was pleasantly surprised that I did not have any withdrawal symptoms (I quit smoking, drinking, and gave up caffeine) and really feel good.
