I was nervous to do the Uterus Cleanse at first because I thought it was gonna be a whole complicated thing. It actually was way easier than I expected. You follow the plan, take what they tell you to take, eat how they tell you to eat, and that’s it. This one was simple and I stuck to it all the way through. My cycle has been rough for a long time. Super heavy first two days, bad mood swings before it even started, and then tired to the point where I just wanted to lay on the couch and not talk to anybody. After I finished the cleanse and then had my next period, I was honestly shocked. Flow was still there but it was not out of control heavy like before. I wasn’t leaking through everything. I felt more level, like I could function. Another thing for me was energy. I’ve had doctors tell me my iron is low, I’ve done the pills, I’ve done the liquid iron. After the cleanse I noticed I wasn’t crashing like that. I could get up and cook, clean, work, normal stuff. That alone honestly made it worth it for me! I also dropped a few pounds. The Female Hormonal supplement has truly helped me with perimenopause. No hot flashes and I feel more balanced. I can't explain it but I was feeling off for a while and, after taking this, I felt normal again. My only issue is that the cost keeps going up. I understand that it's due to inflation but the price has gotten way too expensive and I had to start looking for other herbal female hormonal supplements that are cheaper yet still effective. This hair oil feels like it’s doing something to my scalp. I’ve been using it a few weeks now and my hair feels stronger when I run my hand through it. Also I’m not getting as much breakage in the sink like before. The smell is another thing I like. It doesn’t smell like chemicals or cheap cologne. It sticks around a little. I also noticed my scalp isn’t as itchy or dry. Before I was getting those little flaky spots especially around the front. That’s almost gone now.
