The Full Body Cleanse is excellent. It cleanses your body and gets rid of impurities. I always had a problem resisting cakes, chocolates, and soda. Cardiovascular Tea has helped me and my husband with high blood pressure as well as heart palpitations. This tea also tastes good without adding anything to it I always purchase to mix with other teas that don't taste as well to give it a better taste. The Age Defying Oil helped to keep my skin plump and smooth, it absorbed nicely into my skin did not feel too oily, a little goes a long way with this oil. You don't need a lot at a time just a little if you are just putting on your face, your current skin makes a difference on how much you may need. I'm a little oily anyway, so for me I don't use to much because my skin naturally produces oil after some time. *
