It's a great product. All you need is the discipline to stick to it and you will lose weight without doing anything, I mean literally not working out. This is my third time doing the Full Body Cleanse (I actually worked out this time) and lost 25 lbs. The last two times I've done it I've lost at least 20 lbs both times. Oh, I also must say you have to be committed after you're finished because if you go back to the way you ate, you will gain everything plus some back lol. Trust me, I know it all too well.
