Bowel Motion is amazing. I’ve had a bowel movement every day for the last month which is insane for me. This has never happened. Sometimes I have 2-3 in a day and I wonder if it’s too much but that’s when I take 3 at night before bed. When I cut down to 2 capsules it has a little less of an impact but still successful. Still playing with it to find that sweet spot but yea it’s been a game changer for sure. *
