I tried to wear a dress that should have been too big but was now too tight. So, I started the Full Body Cleanse, the food was a challenge, learning this new way of eating, but I ate the fruits and veggies. I drank the smoothies. The cleansing was so well done. The cleansing of my body felt so good, I lost 25 lbs. It's hard to explain. I will try the diet in the future, it's just too many pills.
