This raw bar is very delicious, filling and tasty. I love it's size because it allows to me use one bar for 2 snack time. I often will have one-half as my morning snack and one in the afternoon or evening snack. This raw bar is the best. It is very nutritious. My granddaughter who is 17 years told told me that she didn't believe these were raw bars because they tasted too good. She was convinced after reading the labels. I love the nutty texture.
