I love the Full Body Cleanse! I lost 10 lbs and it gave me a lot of energy. At first it seemed like a lot of pills but you get used to it. I felt healthier taking these herbs. The vegan diet was a little challenging but I didn't give up. I want to do this cleanse every month. I would recommend it to all of my family and friends. I was really concerned about taking so many capsules, but from the first day, I felt energized. The capsules aren't huge, and their encasing made them easy to swallow. I never had any nausea, cramping, or anything from the capsules. I did empty out my system A LOT, and it really helped with my digestion, which was my main reason for even doing the Full Body Cleanse. I ate a variety of raw veggies, raw fruits & veggies, smoothies, NO meat, dairy, or sugar. I thought it was going to be really hard because I LOVE bread and sugar, but it's been 3 weeks since I concluded the cleanse, and I'm still keeping with the "dietary" regimen that I used during the cleanse. It really helped me reboot my eating habits, my hydration/water intake, and I lost some weight. This is a really awesome cleanse. Thanks. *

Hi I have had a broken foot, I am in the healing process right now. Had a lot of swelling. Nothing I used for the pain and swelling seemed to work, until I started using the Blood and Lymphatic Tea. The swelling went down substantially, less pain in the foot., and circulation is much better. At one point I thought I had blood clot so had to have some test run which came back negative thanks to your tea. Keep up the good work. *
