This was my first time using the Bowel Motion and I found it to be an effective product. I used it specifically when taking a break from doing a full cleanse, and I found it to be a suitable alternative to remain regular and obtain the benefits of a clean colon. It's also a cost-effective solution. I would recommend it as a first foray into cleanses, to get accustomed to the regularity of movements before committing to a full cleanse. *

This is my second time doing the Full Body Cleanse. The first time was a few years ago. Like before, I'm noticing that my body's clock is fine-tuning. I go to bed early and wake up early (before my alarm clock). It's hard to believe that there is so much waste in my body. I feel great and cannot wait until next week. I am on day four and my cravings are just about gone. From prior experience, I've gotten a nice glow to my skin and lots of compliments. I cannot wait for that feature to kick in. *

This is the second time I've done the Full Body Cleanse and I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! It is super gentle. If you follow the directions, you have no choice but to feel better and lose weight! I lost 15 lbs pretty quickly, and it helped me get my poor eating habits under control. I realized that red meat has been my biggest enemy, so I've almost done away with that. Dairy also causes me more issues than I realized. I also realized how much bread I was eating, which didn't help my weight gain at all. Words of advice: Just follow the directions to a better you! *

Mucus Formula is a very effective mucus buster. It breaks up phlegm and congestion issues. It's also great at draining the nasal sinuses. Love this product. *

Mucus Tea is AMAZING! I have chronic bronchitis and every winter get a terrible cough. This year was no different except that I had a baby in late fall, I worried about taking cough supplements because I was nursing. My newborn got a mild case of RSV at 2 months old and I got bronchitis. I started drinking this tea twice a day and it cleared my lungs in about a weeks time. I was shocked when it also cleared up my baby's lungs. If I don't drink the tea twice a day my baby's cough comes back, but as long as I drink the tea in morning and night his lungs stay clear. I have been drinking it for over 2 weeks now and am amazed at how much better mine and my baby's lungs have stayed. I have tried many other things over the years to control my lung problems and nothing has worked as good as this tea. I would recommend this tea to anyone especially a nursing mom who's newborn is sick. *
