When I started the Full Body Cleanse, I was not sure I would be able to complete it because everything had to be raw. My husband, who is a pescatarian, did a cleanse his way with me for the first 2 weeks as my support group. All I can say is after the second day of the Full Body Cleanse, I felt a difference. I felt more energetic. I finished the Full Body Cleanse and I am down 10 pounds. It's great! My sister and niece ordered the Full Body Cleanse after seeing the difference in me and after talking about it so much. I chose this lung cleanse because I suffer with asthma, breathlessness and fatigue compounded with a lot of mucus. I ordered the Respiratory Cleanse and Regimen with high hopes. I can truly say that on the third day not only had the mucus subsided but I was able to breathe and move around at my normal pace. This cleanse was truly a blessing for me and I was encouraged to finish it to the end. Eating green was also a big plus.
