I like this Chest Salve. I was a bit shocked at the consistency. I thought it would be more like a vapor rub. However, it is more oily. So, be careful not to spill it on your clothes. Consistency aside, it has very light scent, but it's calming and soothing. Especially when I'm dealing with allergies or restlessness. I use it before bed, and feel safe putting it on my toddler. I will be getting more when this runs out. It seems to last a while. I've had it over a month. A little goes a long way. *

I like the Full Body Cleanse because it got me to drink more water - you have to take capsules every 2-3 hrs. I started to have much more energy. I wasn’t running to the restroom every hour like with another product I've tried. I lost 14lbs but I still need to lose another 30lbs or so. My doctor was happy with my progress but I also wanted to see the difference when I wasn’t on the cleanse - I haven’t gained any of the weight back. But I can see that my stomach is bloated from the different foods I have slowly brought back into my diet and I'm starting to feel sluggish. I’m going to purchase the Full Body Cleanse again until I reach my goal. I will do the maintenance program as well. *
