This is really a healthy way to cleanse and lose weight. I lost as much as seven pounds on the ten day cleanse. It was not a problem to eat raw vegetables. I have had no craving for meat at all. I am now doing the 20 day cleanse to continue to get impurities out of my body and continue to lose. *

I do the Full Body Cleanse 1-2 times a year. It is a great way to give the body a reset and to cycle into healthier eating if you feel you have gotten in a rut. It takes discipline, but I definitely recommend it! *

I love the Full Body Cleanse! It was easy on my digestive tract and I felt great! I nearly met my A1C goal, going from over 14 points down to 7.3. I will continue to eat better and walk consistently. I would recommend this product! While I was home during the summer, counting pills out daily was not a problem. However, I think it would be too difficult to manage while I am working with a very busy schedule. I would hope that the number of capsules could be reduced at some point while maintaining the rich potency. *
