After the first time I did the Full Body Cleanse I felt like my body had been refreshed and given a new start. I lost weight and felt lighter. The 10 day Full Body Cleanse was a challenge for me being that you have to be on a plant based diet. I have to admit that I had to gradually go into the full plant base edit because the first three days I had a headache but I assume it was my body cleansing. By day four I felt better and more committed to the diet. I did drop pounds and my overly addictive craving for sugar had gone. I felt more energized, not sluggish at all and what I wanted to eat before was not what I wanted any longer. I am doing this again and maybe doing to Full cleanse. I would definitely recommend. *

I've surprised myself! I must admit I was totally reluctant to take so many pills each day. BUT as the days went on, the process became better. What kept me motivated was the way my body responded - sweet cravings diminished, no bloating, weight loss, but more importantly, I really felt so much better! The Island Breeze Raw Bar was AMAZINGLY delicious and fulfilling. I have been on conference calls all day and had been nibbling with fruit. Stomach was growling so I grabbed a bar. I definitely hit the spot. I only wish they were not so expensive and did not have so many calories, I am very cost and calorie conscience. *

I have always been an avid supporter of natural remedies so several years ago when it came time to restore my body due to a tingling sensation in my leg, I began to research cleansing programs and came across Dherbs. I went for it and completed the Full Body Cleanse and voila, symptoms were gone. Doctors couldn't figure out why I had the pain in my leg. Fast forward a few years I decided to reset my body due to another condition that surfaced and I will admit, I fell off the health train. I believe in this product otherwise I wouldn't have purchased twice and recommended to friends and family. I do admit my first time was a little rough but I stayed the course until the night of day 20 because I just needed something hot to eat and boy did I feel guilty afterwards.
