Yes, after being back on the Full Body Cleanse, it has really helped me maintain my cravings and allowed me to eat healthier and cleaner. I will say that the banana ice cream made my day and night :-). I am a big sweets eater and after having and enjoying that ice cream with my walnuts I was in heaven (Ha! Ha!). Nothing like clean eating to get you through the day and night. By the way, after being on the Full Body Cleanse for 10 days, I was able to lose at least 6-7 pounds. Thanks, DHerbs.
