Yesssss! The Full Body Cleanse was more than I expected. It was hard leaving out all the food that I would normally eat but it was well worth it in the end. It has truly changed my way of eating. I'm not saying that I will go vegan but I am eating clean now. I don't have urges to eat the junk foods anymore the chips that I once ate are nasty to me now. I was thinking once I'm done with this cleanse I will eat this and that but once I was done had no desire to eat any of those foods. I actually don't eat as much as I did. Now I eat/drink a smoothie in the morning nuts and fruits for lunch then for dinner something small and light. So yes I recommend this I'm actually buying this for my sister to try. Thank you Dherbs you truly changed my life..... At the end of my 20 days I was down 28lbs. *

The Full Body Cleanse was such a worthwhile investment and commitment. Initially, I was concerned about eating raw for 20 days, but after the first few days, it was easier than expected! I never felt hungry or deprived and my body felt good and responded well! It was a great way to recommit to a better eating lifestyle and a great jumpstart to losing weight.
