This 10 day cleanse not only helped me to lose weight, it helped with energy, I felt a whole lot better afterwards mentally and physically. My eating habits have changed since I had this product. I wasn’t a pill taker at all, so when I got the pills in the mail I said to my self "these are too big I’m not taking these".
