Wonderful maintenance after doing the 20 day FBC. Less pills, but still effective. I lost about 1/2 of the weight of the 20 day version. Love the tea, which should be included with the 20 day FBC. Maybe the charcoal should be included with the tea, to mask the taste/consistency. Have lost over 30 lbs in 1 year by doing quarterly FBCs. This is a great weight-loss aids. *

I’m not sure if it was the mental ability to resist alcohol or the herbal supplements. However, when I tried it after 11 days the taste was authentic, as if it was my first time having liquor. I didn’t like it and did not feel the need to have another drink. So, this alcohol detox supplement did exactly what it stated.
