I think the Full Body Cleanse is great whether you are trying to lose weight or not. You will lose, but you will also feel the energy come back. I do it now every 6 months and I think that it is worth it. I get to target all the organs in my body at once. *

I enjoyed the heart detox, it lowered my BP, but I still need it to come down. I'm still taking the Cardiovascular formula every day, 3 times a day to keep my BP from going any higher. I had no problem eating the raw foods. My sugar cravings went down, but I was still craving salt, which I avoid. Great product. I will be ordering the FBC to see if that will help. I lost 13 pounds on the Blood cleanser and would like to lose 15 more pounds. That's why I will order the FBC. Thanks for great products. *

This cleanse is excellent. I thought the pills would not agree with me, however I was pleasantly surprised. The morning tea was very soothing to my stomach, and each pill somehow made me feel full. I did not experience and side effects, or jitters. The charcoal was also very easy on my stomach as well. I am very impressed with this cleanse. I lost 11 pounds. I really love how this cleanse is called "weight release," because it really does help you transform your ways of thinking regarding weight loss.
