I completed the 10 day cleanse recently. This will be by second time doing so. The first time was in 2018. I love this regiment because the supplements were very gentle on my stomach and I felt great at the end of the cleanse ! As well, I really love the great recipes that they have to give you ideas of what to eat along with the cleanse. I will definitely continue using those because they look scrumptious !!! *

This bar was truly..NOT BAD. different...but good. It doesn't have a strong taste, not too flavorful (like a chocolate bar) so maybe that's why it had a decent taste. It literally taste like a raw bar with sunflower seeds. I would recommend for the raw food diet. *

I love the 10 day cleanse! Much better for me than 20 days. I followed the recommended raw food clean eating and felt much better! Love the tea it’s so delicious! I’ve already ordered that again! And I will definitely be ordering the 10 day cleanse again too!!! *

I give the Full Body Cleanse 5 stars! I wasn’t sure I would be able to do this since the diet is completely different than what I am used to. The pills were a great help! I was never starving, I used some of the recipes provided which was so helpful and fun! I will still use some when I’m not on the cleanse! I lost 20 lbs and plan to do this again in another month! *

I take the Bowel Motion with the Colon pills daily. The pair of them together keeps me regular. *

Okay, its day 15 now, I am at 144#. I didn't keep loosing a pound a week. But that is okay, I needed to realize this is a body cleanse and not a weight loss program. You will lose weight bc you aren't eating meat and dairy and sugar anymore. But you will plateau at times. I was only eating about 500 calories if that. I suppose my body thought I was starving, so I have now started eating more every few hours. And after being at 144# for about 4 days, I finally lost a pound after eating more regularly. I ordered the Weight Release pills so I can start them this weekend after our Full Body Cleanse is over. My goal is 115# since I am 5'2. we have been measuring our bodies to see our progress and I have lost a lot of inches in my belly and thighs. I had to order a new skirt to wear! I am now a medium in skirts and shirts. People have noticed my weight loss and my hubby looks really good too. He has lost more weight than I have. I have lost 9# so far and he has lost 12#. In the beginning my husband was having coffee headaches so to wean himself off, he was having one cup of coffee per day for the first few days - but hasn't had any since. I would say that you need to be serious about doing this. It's not easy, you will challenge yourself and be hungry for forbidden foods, but you need to ask yourself do you want the upset belly after eating that stuff? Do you want to be unhealthy and fat? Those foods are killing us and we need to stop. They are temping and yummy and we will be drawn to come back looking for more. Once we weren't able to go into town without going thru a drive thru for our comfort foods, but now, you can be free from the holds of decades of poisonings your body. You are literally breaking away from bad food like an addict over comes drugs. Your goal will be to live one day at a time, counting the days, until you are free. When you are free, you are free indeed. This is 20 days, hardly anything at all, but enough to set you on the track to not have to look back, if you leave at 20 days and go back, you will reap what you sow. With this said, I am free, not hungry, but still have pounds to loose, I am still considerer overweight, but I am so close, I can grab it. Hope you can flush out the impurities, and breathe again and be strong and free! Stay strong and try this and see how strong you really are. *

I think it taste delicious. It had the right amount of sweetness. The flavor made me want more. I really enjoyed this bar. *

I stopped using the Flora Balance for a few months for no reason and boom lady bits back to the doctor. Needless to say I’m back on these miracle herbs. Listen to your body and your body will take care of you. This works better than any probiotics I’ve tried. Not one flair up of lady bit complication on these. *
