This was a great jump start for me. I lost 10 stubborn pounds. I did the full 20 days without cheating. I like the food plan that comes with the Full Body Cleanse. Taking the pills was easy especially when it recommends that you can make your own schedule. I usually never loose weight when using these type of plans, this plan worked for me. My starting weight was 155 and I’m now at 145. I am now doing the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen. *

Omg....YES! My cramps were EXTREMELY mild. I usually have to take Naproxen and am doubled on the floor in pain but with the Menstrual Cycle Tea my cycle was heavy for 1 day. Planning to make this part of my menstrual regimen. *

This product is amazing. I currently work in West Texas Oil fields, so taking care of my body is priority.
