I turned 40y/o & that's when I started having irregular periods. They would be as short as 1 day up to as long as 3 months. The Intestinal Cleanser works great. I took it at night before I went to bed and I had immediate results after taking it the fist night. The first bowel movement was huge and I did 3 more that day that were good amounts as well. It continued to work great allowing me to release out waste that had built up in my system. The Chocolate Cherry Tart Bar I wasn't sure how it was going to taste, but I actually enjoyed it. I liked the sweet and tart taste and the bar is very filling. *
