100% The 10 days wasn't as bad I thought it would have been. I was not in and out the bathroom and the pills did not cramp my stomach. The tea was pleasant tasting both hot and cold. Eating "clean" was a challenge but, I did it. I find pre preparing my meals VERY helpful...it helps with not second guessing on what to eat and from not grabbing a quick bite from the nearest fast food restaurant. I felt my insides were clean because my stool was "clean". An added bonus to this cleanse was the fact I lost 5 pounds. Now, if I have to say anything negative about the product...it would the charcoal....hated it, didn't understand it and the taste was.....charcoal! *

I started the Full Body Cleanse in February and have already lost 15lbs in 12 days. Following the raw diet, I am never hungry and have created my own favorite recipes. I didn't know what to expect when trying the activated charcoal. It looks like it would be disgusting, but it taste fine. Actually the powder really had no taste, so that makes it easy to drink. It's like you're drinking water with coloring in it. Lol. I mixed it in about 8 ozs of bottled water & shook it really good. It does make a mess, so just be careful. *

Love the kidney tea! I have a problem with going to bathroom every 30 minutes. It’s so annoying when you go to long trips on the road and you have to ask your husband to pull the car. I've been unsure about the pills, but I found the kidney tea so I thought I would like to try. It tastes good with or without honey. I love drinking it cold in the morning. It works great and I don’t have to get up in the middle of the night, too. I will continue taking as my morning tea. *

I’ve only been on the Full Body Cleanse for a week. And I have to say it’s great so far. I’m starting to feel so much better. My sinuses were so troublesome the pressure has subsided. I also had problems with gas I’m telling you I feel like a new woman, I sleep much better than before I started the cleanse. And the mental clarity is awesome. I’ve recommended the cleanse to two of my friends and my daughter is currently doing it as well. I say if you need to just feel better overall I strongly recommend trying this cleanse. *

I have used a lot of cleaning products over the years and they all disappointed. I heard about the Full Body Cleanse on the radio and thought to give it a try....words can not explain how happy I am doing 20 day cleanse. I wasn’t looking to loose weight, I just wanted the inside of my body to be cleansed! I can feel my inside of my body clean, everything else fell into place, I lost 30 lbs, my skin looks vibrant even I had black spots on my face. I thought it was aging but come to find out it was the inside of my body that was unhealthy from eating all kind of processes food...I will cleanse every 3 months from now on.
