The Full Body Cleanse was A LOT EASIER then I thought it would be. I lost 11 lbs over the 20 days and my skin was extremely clear and glowing. I would’ve never thought I could get use to eating fresh veggies and fruits and NO MEAT. The smoothies were my favorite. I never had an excuse for when I was on the go. I’m not a breakfast person and I NEVER got tired of the fresh Strawberry, Grapes, Pineapple and banana daily smoothie. I would make 5 smoothies, 5 salads, and 5 charcoal drinks at a time.
