The Full Body Cleanse was a great cleanse to start my diet. I lost 21 lbs within the 20 days. It was hard to do the raw food diet at first, but you have to keep the diet going, but don't give up! The benefits are great. Also, you will go to the bathroom a lot in the beginning. *
