I’m still continuing to take this supplement, it works great, I have a happy mood, my back and stomach is in less pain. My cycle did still have 2 weeks of spotting and 5 heavy days, so I stopped taking the Menstrual Cycle Formula and went back to taking birth control pills. And what I want to tell you guys is, that it was a bad idea. My mood swing are like crazy, I get mad on everything that pass my eyes, so now I have to restart my body system.
