The Full Body Cleanse is awesome. If you can make it through the first week, you're golden. I lost about 19 lbs the first time. You will need to get creative. As a diabetic, I've yo-yo'd with my A1C and for it to be 10 was dangerous!! The menstrual cycle tea is one of several products I’ve tried from Dherbs over the past few years, and as always, it met my expectations. I began drinking a cup every night 4-5 days prior to starting my period. The flavor is mild and tastes great with honey and lemon. From the moment I started menstruating, I was plagued with terrible dysmenorrhea for several years, with severe pain, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.
