I purchased the 10 day Full Body Cleanse express for a quick jumpstart to changing my lifestyle for the better. My cholesterol was a little high & I wanted to bring it back down to normal levels. I followed the meal plan as best as I could and overall I had great energy (I was able to get up early with no problems & I AM NOT a morning person), I dropped 10lbs, my skin cleared up a bit and I know my body was ridding itself of impurities. I have swelling in my right leg and foot. I have to wear compression stockings and when I drink the Blood and Lymphatic Tea my leg or foot don't swell and is actually smaller than my leg that does swell. *

Omg!!! The Full Body Cleanse Tea is actually really good without adding honey or a sweetener to it. I learned about the tea with the 10 day cleanse but when it was over I found myself wanting just the tea. I'm also not a huge tea drinker. Rather drink coffee but the tea may have replaced that urge for coffee. So here I am ordering the tea and in no need of a cleanse. Oh well, it’s delicious. Will definitely order again. *

I love this spray. Works well with dryer skin. And you are able to moisturize after the spray without the greasy look or feel. Facial Astringent Spray works great after the mask at night and well in the morning with a day cream or moisturizer/oil. Your face will thank you and look great in the process.
