This will be my third time on the Full Body Cleanse. On the first day of the Full Body Cleanse I didn't eat much at all. I got really tired. Woke up the next morning and with in 30 min began to throw up. I looked on the site and it said this reaction is because I had a lot of impurities. There was a modified schedule to take the pills. Three days later I began again. I was so amazed at the difference. I didn't feel sick. I wasn't hungry and no caffeine withdrawal symptoms. I felt clean and lighter. I released a total of 17 pounds. Now plan to do the maintenance plan. *
