Based on what you eat, you may not have enough daily bowel movements. Bowel motion works and it is gradual but you must realize after taking this product you have to be prepared especially if you are not having regular bowel movement. Regular bowel movements are necessary and healthy because it rids the body of impurities. Great product. *

I've used this uterus supplement for 45 days with some gaps. I saw slight improvement in my moon cycles. I believe if I was more regular in using the product, I would've seen better results.
