I love this cleanse! I didn't know if I could handle the strict raw/vegan diet but the benefits far outweigh the dietary restrictions. The Full Body Cleanse helps my body get rid of so much waste and I feel a lot lighter. Although I don't do this cleanse for weight loss I still lose a few pounds. My allergy symptoms to dust/pollen get so much better, I don't take my homeopathic allergy spray at all while I'm cleansing and I don't feel like I need it. *
