Started my acv water fast, dherbs pancreas cleanse and exercise on monday...weighed in at 363. Thursday morning i was down to 348. I will continue all 3 processes to get my cholesterol, blood pressure and weight (body fat) down. It hasn't been rough either...I've had no desire to eat food. I did the 10 day Full Body Cleanse and I lost 13 pounds .The 1st 3 days was hard just doing raw fruits and vegetables but after that it became easier. Drinking so much water has me going to the restroom a lot but I must say it was well worth it. I am going to start the new year doing the 20 day cleanse but this time I will make sure that I meal prep. Finding DHerbs approved meals to make was the hardest part but this next time I will be ready. I highly recommend the cleanse to anyone that is trying to jump start their weight loss.
