I knew that my body was in trouble and I had to do something quick. I did my research because I thought that this was another gimmick and boy was I wrong! I went from 245lbs down to 231lbs. I could have lost more but herniated disks limited my exercising. I learned how to listen to my body. Whatever is jacked up the most, the cleanse will work it out the most. I was able to get off one of my blood pressure pills, but I will get the okay from my doctor to reduce or completely take me off the rest.
