I lost approximately 22 pounds and a total of 7 inches. I felt great and would highly recommend this product to those in need of dietary and lifestyle changes. *

The Weight Release Cleanse and Regimen works amazingly well and I would use it again and as a matter of fact I will. It took a few days for me to remember to stay on the schedule of taking the supplements, but I did finally get the hang of it. I also made sure to read the booklet because it serves as a good reference on what should be eaten and the frequency that meals should be eaten. Being a person who loves to drink coffee, not being able to drink it daily has actually helped me with getting rid of that expensive caffeine habit. And I also realized that coffee didn't actually keep me awake I just liked the taste of the heavy cream. I now see the change in my body from taking the supplements, starting my day off with refreshing fruit infused water, and eating a healthy meal, leaves me with more energy and with healthier habits.
