I purchased the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen two years ago. When I started this cleanse I was 178lbs. I prepared my meals, eating only fruits and veggies. I had salads for lunch, smoothies for breakfast. I didn't follow the requirements to the T. I had cooked meals for dinner and didn't eat everything raw. After 10 days I didn't follow through but wish I did because I lost 13 lbs. and I have not gained over 165 lbs since then! (even while back at my old unhealthy routine).
