I was not sure what to expect when I decided to try the Dehrbs Full Body Cleanse. I really liked the idea of a Full Body Cleanse and the fact you could eat as much as you wanted. The program exceeded my expectations. By the end of the 20 days I had never felt better. The inflammation in my body was significantly less. I had so much energy and my skin looked healthy. I would recommend this product. *

After seeing this product being advertised on the Steve Harvey show, I decided to give Dherbs a try. I chose the Weight Release Cleanse and initially I didn't know how I would do with all of the caps I had to take. But it actually wasn't so bad. I was very amazed on how I lost about 5 lbs on my first week on the product. I'm not one to hop on the scale every day, but I was blown away at how quickly the weight was coming off. I also have to say that I have tried so many diets in my lifetime and with some I've had success and for others not so much.....but Dherbs is the diet for me. I started the diet on 2 July, and I cheated on 4 July....Yes I know....only 2 days after I started...LOL!!!! but my point is that even with me cheating, I was still able to lose 5 lbs in my 1st week. I also have to confess that I didn't do the diet for a continuous 20 days. I know myself and I'm not that disciplined. So I needed to do what worked for me.....and what worked for me was Sunday - Thursday....faithfully, to include an intensive 40 minute cardio workout, which consisted of running and doing the hills on the treadmill...which is a beast within itself. On Thursdays for breakfast I eat a veggie omelette and for lunch and dinner I would eat a salad with tuna fish and on Fridays and Saturdays I cheated. I've been doing the diet this way since 2 July, and I've lost 17 lbs. The beauty is that people have noticed and my pants are falling off of me. I feel great. I've started another round and I'm continuing to feel great. I go on vacation on the 27th of September and my goal is to lose a total of 30 lbs. I'm only 13 lbs away from my goal weight. I also must mention that I am a Government Contractor in Afghanistan and finding a variety of meals has been challenging. My point is that if I can do this diet successfully in Afghanistan, where my food choices are very limited, then anyone can do it successfully in theU.S. It's all about what works for you. I started the Full Body Cleanse in March and really had fun with it. At the age of 67, I loved the food choices smoothies, salad, dressings, and deserts. I had BM changes which was very needed, energy; and better sleep also a 15 lbs weight loss within the 40 days because I enjoyed it so much that I did another 20 days. So I am going to start another 20 day cleanse with my friend and daughter as soon as I receive my order. *

It was definitely discipline, following the meal plan, but DHerbs provided so much information in their pamphlet. Before you begin, during and after. How to prepare your body for the detox and what to eat during. I definitely felt the difference and it’s time to do it again! Simple, easy *

I ordered Woman's Choice to replace birth control I took for acne. It has worked really well! It's a lot of pills but since I'm used to taking a few Dherbs products daily it's not that big of a deal. Not sure how it does to prevent pregnancy, as I took it for hormonal acne control. *

I was pleased with this results of the Full Body Cleanse. It was challenging in the beginning to do the raw diet, but became easier throughout the duration of the cleanse. I loved that I didn’t feel sluggish but had lots of energy. I felt rejuvenated and excited for a healthier me. And as an added bonus…..I lost 15 pounds! *

Love love the bowel motion. I always have trouble going to the bathroom but since I started the bowel motion a month ago, I go everyday. I take them before I go to bed.
