Great products. I fast for 16hrs a day, sometimes more while doing the Full Body Cleanse. And when I tell you I can see the pounds just falling off every day. I'm sleeping like a baby lol. This product really increased my energy levels, it also helped my sleeping patterns. I didn't need an alarm clock to awaken me each morning.
