Bowel Motion works extremely well. This worked better than any laxatives I've ever taken. I lost a pound a day. I created my own Dherbs plan and it worked great. I changed my diet, worked out, drank lots of water. With Dherbs and working out, I lost a pound a day. I'm not sure how much weight I've lost yet, I want to do my second round of Dherbs to get a total weight loss. *

I ordered The Female Cleanse because I was having mid-cycle spotting. I stopped eating meat once I started this cleanse and took the pills each day. Once my period arrived, it was heavier but I experienced no cramping. I also did not experience mid-cycle spotting. Wow thank you Dherbs. In the morning I listen to Steve Harvey and Shirley talk about Dherbs Full Body Cleanse. I was then watching his tv show and saw how much weight those ladies lost. So had to try it. I loved what I had to eat so it was not hard for me. But my friends said that they couldn't go without eating meat. I love me so I have to take care of me. I thought I was healthy before starting the cleanse because I was not taking any medications or had any health problems. But I was 192 lb and I lost 26 lb.
