The biggest thing is structure, dedication and meal planning. The Full Body Cleanse is a great product and I’ve completed the 20 day twice. I lost 23lbs the first and 19lbs the second time. I will say I worked out 3-4 times a week as well. It was a very noticeable weight loss. Meal prep and searching for recipes should be done prior to starting this process as it will make things so much smoother and less likely to eat some of the same things over and over which I can see how some people fail to meet the goal they wanted. I wasn't too sure the ParaWrm Tea would work because I am not much of a meat eater. However, it was good. No stomach pain or cramping. My intentions were to try the Full Body Cleanse to cleanse my organs, especially my pancreas because I am diabetic.
