I think the Full Body Cleanse really worked! It was so hard sticking to the raw, vegan diet especially for a college student but I was pleased w/ the results. I will be doing the 10 day cleanse soon so I'll see what that does. *

Great product! I used the Activated Charcoal as a digestive cleanser. I usually take it before bed and it flushes everything out by morning. I was a little hesitant at first due to the chalky look once it's in water, but it's completely tasteless with no texture. I have this product on auto-ship. *

I decided to try the 10 day cleanse. It was my first time detoxing or trying these products so I decided to try this since it is only 10 days. I gotta say its the first 2 days that are the toughest. It is all just a mental thing though because I wasn't hungry I just missed my morning cup of coffee and breakfast that I have gotten used to. I read that some people said that their stomach was hurting and they had to be in the bathroom all day. But that wasn't the case with me. I only went once at night and didn't have any cramps. They say it depends on how many toxins you have in your body how your body will react to it. I did not have any regrets at all. I did 5 days and lost 3 pounds. I will try the weight loss release next since I have baby weight to get rid of and have faith in these products now. I totally recommend this product and will recommend it to my friends and family. *
