Eating unhealthy, cravings and imbalanced diet... I thought in being vegan it was okay to eat pasta. All this pasta and bread and refined products created an imbalance. I was eating products with wheat gluten and didn't bother reading the product label as long as it says vegan. Well I'm here to tell you they put sugar in all food products. I was so challenged with candida that I had thrush on my tongue rashes breaking out and then this 10 Day Flora Balance Cleanse helped me to truly get this Candida flushed out. This cleanse helped to clean out my blood, my skin is radiant and healthy. I am not all the way healed yet so I have a regimen of foods that I can eat - a selected whole grains like quinoa, buckwheat flour, healthy greens, and some liquids - that don't have refined sugar in them.
