The book is great in detailing their recommendations on what to eat & what not to eat, but I didn't fully understand the "do not combine" list. I need explanations as to why certain fruits & vegetables shouldn't be combined. Why can't I put bits if apple with my salad? Can I have these fruits & vegetables in the same day, but not in the same sitting? For me, it was confusing. Why can I only eat whole fruits for breakfast? There's nothing wrong with berries! If I want to get other people on board, I need to be able to explain why. What's wrong with sushi? I'm like a 2 year old who needs to know why. *
