The Anti V cleanse was a journey after a few days I noticed that I had a rash on my stomach. I was tempted to stop scared more may appear but the anti-v roll on helped the appearance of this rash. As I continued the rash went away. Overall I feel better my skin looks great. I will definitely try this again! *

It was hard to swallow all the pills and not eat actual food. I am giving 4 stars, mainly because of how I felt in the end and because of number of pills person had to take in a day. I was eating lot of cabbage and raw food, green smoothies to keep me full. Regarding what it does to you and how you feel: you go to washroom a lot, you feel empty, so empty that you can feel water going down to your stomach when you drink it. You feel very light and thin. I think I lasted 12 days. I started to become depressed taking all the pills and and could not finish it. This was back in 2013 when I purchased it and now its 2020 as far as I remember it was 4 pills every few hours, total of 16 pills a day something like that. I did get rid of issue I had which was the main reason why I purchased this in combination with many other things I was doing at the time. It takes a lot of determination, self discipline and healthy eating to get healthy. Now I am looking to buy 10 day full body cleanse, just because Its short. It would also be great if they develop drops instead of pills. I would highly recommend to anyone. I like that this site has many varieties of products to choose from based on what you are dealing with or trying to improve. I like using natural products, herbs, supplements and I am definitely against chemicals, prescription pills etc. Everyone should try their cleanses at least once. Overall good, except its pricey and shipping to Canada extremely high. *
