The bath drops and roll on oil in the Anti-V Cleanse are amazing...the tingling reassures me it's working. My skin irritations either clear up or drastically improves the symptoms until it cleared up. *

Before I did the Anti-V Cleanse, I did the Full Body Cleanse. I broke out once on the Full Body Cleanse. I had a breakout while on the Anti-V Cleanse as well, I was scared; however, after researching I learn that an outbreak is a form of a healing crisis. I know healing takes time. So all I can do is wait. Starting the Full Body Cleanse was hard; however, once I started the Anti-V Cleanse I felt like a pro. The Anti-V Cleanse was suggested by my doctor in addition to the Full Body Cleanse. I did the full body first and just finished up with this cleanse. My skin has never been better. I didn't have any bad effects. I did practice meditation as suggested daily and stuck to a 99% raw diet. I was a little tired the first few days but my energy was much improved by the end of the first week. I have a glow that can't go unnoticed. I will do the full body again for my fall cleanse.
