i have used the Bowel Motion and Weight Release and I am very happy with the results of how i am feeling, although i am diabetic and will need to try some items that will help me control my blood sugars and help me gain more energy and get better sleep at night. I use the Bowel Motion because i suffer from constipation and diverticulitis and it helps to relive some of the pressure in my stomach. *

Honestly, I DO use another product, in conjunction with this one, for my gut health, because it is VERY sensitive. Bowel Motion is amazing. I’ve had a bowel movement every day for the last month which is insane for me. This has never happened. Sometimes I have 2-3 in a day and I wonder if it’s too much but that’s when I take 3 at night before bed. When I cut down to 2 capsules it has a little less of an impact but still successful. Still playing with it to find that sweet spot but yea it’s been a game changer for sure. *
