I will keep a bottle on hand because I believe it does work. Stay near the bathroom as well!!! The experiences are healthy and not how it can be random when eating meat and processed. I've gone cold turkey into this process so it is definitely "will" to do better for myself. Eating the raw food, the water and this tea is something else!
